Blu’s Story
We’re more than just Poké joint. You’ll find yourself momentarily transported to the tropical surf paradise, along with nostalgic palm trees, chilled out vibes, and comfort foods such as garlic butter prawns, all from the shores of Hawaii to the (north) shore of Auckland.
Our passion to make and serve you delicious food is the reason we get up every morning. Never in short supply of smiles and goof, chef MJ and his crew guarantee a full satisfied tummy and laughs here at Blu.
Meet the ‘Cru’
A bunch of youngins who really enjoy being part of the cru.
You’ll always see or hear them goofing around whilst serving up amazing food with big smiles and warm hearts.
Our team are full of positive vibes, which directly reflects the quality of the food we serve and the service we provide.
Between the cru, we got doggos, cats and chickens as pets.
Hobbies ranging from surfing (of course), singing, to picking up some amazing goods as the op shop.

Job Vacancies
Currently we’re looking for people to join our amazing team.
You’ll have had experience in the hospitality industry, bubbly personality, able to deal with all sorts of customers’ and their requests.
Training is provided but you’ll need to be a fast learner as we throw you in the deep end immediately!
You’ll need to be able to do some evening shifts and possibly some weekend shifts.
